John J. Harrell joined Arizona Department of Administration as PMO Manager in December 2006. Before joining ADOA, Mr. Harrell spent more than 20 years working in IT with several State of Arizona agencies and Private Corporations throughout Arizona. He most recently served as a IT Project Planning Analyst for the Department of Economic Security, as well as a Business Development and Project Manager for the Apollo Group and the University of Phoenix. Mr. Harrell holds a BSBA from the University of Phoenix. He also received his M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix in Technology Management and serves as President of the
