Kiran currently manages the Application Development and Database Resource Management groups for the Information Services Division. In addition to his primary duties, he manages diverse projects across agencies and works on a broad spectrum of activities. He has been in management role at ADOA since Feb 2008 and was formerly a manager with a Japanese firm, Takata Holdings Inc. His group consists of usability designers, business analysts, application developers and is responsible for various projects within the state. His team responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Custom Web Applications, Application Integration, Mobile Applications, Business Intelligence and Service Oriented Architecture.

Kiran has spent the past ten years providing management, consulting and leadership in design, user experience, product development and he is passionate about design driven innovation. Kiran majored in Industrial Engineering with specialization in Information Systems at Wayne State University and is a Microsoft Certified Professional in various technologies. When not at work, he loves to spend time with his family, play chess, and spend time outdoors.

Tanja earned an Associate in Applied Science from J.B. Speed School of Engineering in 1979, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in management from the University of Louisville in 1980. She also received the State of Arizona Project Management Certification through the Government Information Technology Agency (GITA) in June 2007.

She began her career in information technology as an Applications Programmer in 1980 and started her employment with Information Services Division (ISD) in 1981. Her career path at ISD enabled her to gain experience in all aspects surrounding information technology, and her position responsibilities traversed numerous IT roles. Past responsibilities have included those associated with programmer/analyst, technical support and database administration. Tanja provides expertise as a solutions-focused, team oriented Database Manager.
