Lori Boak assists in managing the Supply side of the Information Services Division which provides technical support for ADOA, and over 100 state Agencies, Boards and Commissions in the areas of Mainframe and Open Systems Application Development and Support, Database Resource Management, Disaster Recovery, Project Management and Client Web Hosting.

Lori is also responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the Department’s efforts in Imaging, Document Management, Pandemic Planning and Virtual Office. These programs are integral in supporting the strategic direction of the Department and the State. Lori also directs the Information Technology Disaster Recovery program for ADOA.

Lori has a varied background which includes teaching, serving as a Technical Project Manager with an Image Systems Engineering Team for a major insurance company and eight years of service as an officer in the United States Air Force. She has been involved in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning for over 18 years.

Lori earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of New Mexico and her Masters Certificate in Technical Project Management from George Washington University. She lives in Glendale with her sons Jared and Zachary.
