STARS Password Reset

How to reset your STARS password.

Because AZGU.gov is now using the YES directory for authenticaion, the process to reset your password has changed.

First, please visit THIS LINK and request your password be reset and sent to your email address.
Once you receive your email with your new temporary password, you'll need to visit THIS LINK. Log in with your EIN and the password from the email you received.
Now that your logged in, you'll be asked to for your old password. This is the same password that you just logged in with in step 2 above.
If you are having problems receiving your Password Reset email, unable to log into STEP 2 above with your EIN # or the password from your email or any other issues, please contact the HELP DESK and they can assist you.
