The ADOA Service Support Desk
(Command Center) provides 24/7/365 Help Desk support to state agencies and
customers of the ADOA Data Center. In addition provides the Help Desk
support for the statewide phone and network systems.
The ADOA IT Support Services Desk is committed to high quality customer service
and support while acting as a Single Point of Contact to resolve all computer, network,
and security related needs.
The ADOA IT Support Services Desk is available to assist State Agency customers
and State Contractors with Information Technology issues and/or requests from 7:00
AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Some of the issues that are resolved by this team of highly skilled and technically
diverse support specialists range from simple, everyday requests like password resets
and requests for the creation and/deletion of VPN accounts, to assisting in resolving total
network outages for agencies.
In compliance with current ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
standards, the ADOA IT Support Services Desk is poised to be the model of the Help
Desk of the future!
