	Barbara A. Jaeger State 9-1-1 Administrator (602) 542-0911 barbara.jaeger@azdoa.gov Barbara has more than 35 years of experience in public safety communications and public administration. She has worked for the Department of Administration for 15 years and since 1975 has worked primarily in the 9-1-1 field. She currently serves as Western Regional Director for the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) and holds the Emergency Number Professional (ENP) Certification. Barbara is also a member of the National Association of State 9-1-1 Administrators (NASNA) and holds a Bachelorï¿½s Degree in Business Administration. The State of Arizona and ISD specifically, is charged with the administration of the stateï¿½s funding for 9-1-1 emergency dispatch services. The program provides 9-1-1 wireline and wireless network, equipment and maintenance components and supports the 100+ 9-1-1 centers statewide.
